iShoes is confident you will be happy with your purchase however we understand that sometimes, a product just doesn’t fit!

To be eligible for a free refund/exchange the products you are returning must be:
- 30 Day FREE Returns/Exchanges on all FULL priced items.
- Purchased within 30 days of order date
- Full priced – Non-Sale Items
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging including the shoe box and lid
- Items must be purchased from iShoes online (not from a stockist or marketplace such as Ozsale, Catch of the day, eBay etc.)
- Any shipping charges are non-refundable
*FREE returns eligible only on your first return. Any returns after on same order will incur a postage charge.
Returns/Exchanges on Sale Items/Outlet Items
To be eligible for a refund/exchange the products you are returning must be:
- Purchased within 30 days of order date.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging including shoe box and lid.
- Items must be purchased from iShoes online (not from a stockist or marketplace such as Ozsale, Catch of the day, Ebay etc.).
- Return the item on your own postage cost. We will dispatch the exchange pair free to you.
- A re-stocking fee of $10 will be administered if returning for a refund.
- Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Please keep in mind we offer 30-day return/exchanges. iShoes does not accept returns/exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
If any items are not eligible for a refund, we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge – $10 for Australian returns and $16 for New Zealand returns.
All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
